You can choose the service which best suits the needs of your school or organisation.  Our leadership team are happy to have a confidential conversation regarding your project and advise you on the best approach to secure you an outstanding appointment.


Full Service

The vast majority of the appointments we are asked to lead are on a Full Service basis.  A Senior Advisor, who has been a head, and a Lead Search Consultant work with you from beginning to end. This starts with visiting the school to understand its ethos, culture, challenges and opportunities. We consult in depth to understand the skills and qualities required in ideal candidates for the role. Then, from preparing the candidate brief to planning the search strategy, from the search process and confidential conversations with candidates to our own preliminary interviews, so you see only the best, we are at your side. We then advise on all aspects of your long list and short list interviews, providing questions and tasks as well as presentation topics. We guide you on safeguarding and we do extensive reference checks, we organise candidate visits to the school and individual meetings with key stakeholders and we provide powerful and effective candidate stewardship.


Executive Search and Preliminary Interview

An alternative option is our Executive Search and Preliminary Interview service. For this we do all of the above up until the end of our own preliminary interviews when, having recommended the strongest candidates, we hand the process over to you.


Personality Testing

A leader’s personality and ways of working are essential determinants of their success.  Our expertise in this area provides your appointments panel with insights that are greatly beneficial to the process.  One of our qualified consultants will administer a detailed questionnaire and discuss with you in what ways the report sheds light on how they work, how they manage themselves, how they deal with others and how they cope in challenging situations.
