Answering three important questions for Heads and Development Teams
There are three questions that Heads and Development teams should currently be asking:
- What kind of meaningful engagement should we be offering our alumni community in the coming months?
- How can we identify those alumni who may want to support a school hardship fund over the next 100 days?
- Once we know the answers to these questions, how, where and when should we be focussing our resources?
All three questions can be answered with our new FREE alumni support survey.
The COVID-19 Alumni Support Survey is an adapted version of our more comprehensive and bespoke ‘SchoolPulse for Alumni’ survey. This survey is a quick and cost-free way to engage with your alumni, ask for their thoughts on what they would like from you and for you to sensitively ask those who might consider providing support for hardship fundraising to identify themselves.
You will definitely have some alumni who will want to support their old school at this time, but you will have others who are unable to. And you will have colleagues who are uncertain about what is appropriate right now, even if they acknowledge that the need for additional funding is great.
For all these reasons, we have developed this survey. We believe it is exactly what many schools need right now. It will provide feedback to help you improve your relations with alumni and will enable you to identify supporters who can help you now.
Survey results will include recommendations for next key actions from one of our Philanthropy Senior advisors. This is also free of charge.
Please note that there is one standard version of the survey. If you require changes to the standard version, then a small fee will need to be charged for each change.
