Interviewing using Skype or Zoom is, of course, nothing new and is quite common in the early stages of selection. What is new, however, with the current pandemic, is doing the whole selection process from start to finish remotely, often including a large group of school governors who are not only remote from the candidate but remote from each other.
In this video presentation, we share some guidance to help selection panels plan and manage these interviews with some ideas and suggested adjustments to make the process more effective.
