The Governors of Glendower Preparatory School are seeking to appoint a Director of Academic Studies & Scholarship.

Required for September 2025

This is a new role, created at an exciting time for the School as it implements and further develops its ambitious vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing academic provision across the School, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning. They will be a member of SLT, reporting directly to the Head.

A commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and intellectual curiosity as well as to girls’ education is essential for this role.  The successful applicant will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to manage change effectively, leading staff with energy and purpose. They will also have experience in using data to drive academic outcomes.
