The new Head, Bridget Ward, is seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Marketing and Admissions to lead and shape St Helen’s marketing and pupil recruitment admissions strategies.

Salary: In the region of £85,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.  

St Helen’s is a leading independent day school for over 1,100 girls aged 3-18. The School is set in 21 acres of beautiful grounds in the heart of Northwood in North London, just 30 minutes by underground from Central London. St Helen’s is committed to academic excellence and is dedicated to equipping pupils with the skills which will enable them to take their places as leaders in a rapidly changing world.  

This is a pivotal new leadership role and the postholder will play an integral role in implementing the School’s new vision and strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will provide inspiring leadership to a team of marketing, communications and admissions professionals. They will communicate St Helen’s’ positioning in a compelling way and will demonstrate the agility and strategic skills to respond to future challenges and opportunities across the independent school sector.

The successful applicant will be a strategic and senior marketing professional, with extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills, gained from within or outside the education sector. Enthusiasm, creativity and a collaborative approach are fundamental to this role
