Marketing Officer – RSAcademics
Part-time, term-time, hybrid role - Market Harborough and home
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented multi-channel marketer to join RSAcademics in a flexible role.
The successful applicant will work 21 hours per week, 42 weeks per year and have the opportunity to work both in RSAcademics’ Head Office and at home. The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £27,000 per annum and will be pro-rated.
Founded in 2002, RSAcademics exists to help schools thrive and is a trusted consulting partner for schools worldwide. We find and develop leaders, guide decision-makers and make connections. We are known for our network and knowledge, our influential research and the results we achieve through a wide range of relevant and high-quality services.
Working closely with our Marketing and Communications Manager, based in Market Harborough, the company is looking to appoint a dynamic, creative and skilled multi-channel Marketing Officer. The successful applicant will play a key role in developing and delivering marketing plans across our business areas.
The Marketing Officer will lead the delivery of our social media activity, organise conferences and events (in the UK and internationally), plan and deliver targeted email campaigns using Salesforce, and keep our websites fresh and relevant.
The position is busy and varied and would suit a strong marketer with several years’ experience of delivering marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. A flair for digital marketing would be particularly valued. Knowledge of CRM systems (especially Salesforce) would be a plus. You should be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills, be proactive, positive and not fazed by having to handle multiple priorities. Prior experience in the education sector is not a prerequisite and applications are encouraged from a broad range of sectors.
