Pupil Voice Business Development Co-ordinator, part-time, fixed-term role working 21 hours per week for two terms (24 weeks).
Total salary for the fixed term period is £7,000 but you will earn commission for each new client school secured
There is no requirement to work during the school holidays

We have recently launched a survey service to help schools to monitor, understand and act on feedback from pupils in an efficient, structured and insightful way. We have received positive commentary from early adopters and we now need an extra pair of hands to help us really grow our client base so more schools can benefit from the deeper knowledge of pupil views that this service provides.
About the role
The Pupil Voice Business Development Coordinator is a crucial role responsible for identifying and converting new sales opportunities across the education sector, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and working effectively with the RSAcademics research and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. This role will report to the Head of Research. This is a fantastic opportunity to help build a new service and be a driver of its success.
About your key responsibilities
You’ll plan and execute a client development strategy, you’ll develop relationships with key contacts in schools to build a pipeline and meet conversion objectives. You will provide critical input to build a marketing plan to promote this service.
You’ll know how to talk to school staff, you’ll be committed to supporting pupil wellbeing and be fully behind the RSAcademics desire to help schools to thrive. You’ll share the value of gaining regular pupil feedback with a network of schools, knowing how to tailor your conversations to each stakeholder.
You’ll be comfortable demonstrating online survey services, you will become well versed in our survey offer, how it works day-to-day in school and the benefits it brings to busy school staff and senior teams so you can confidently talk potential clients through it.
You’ll help us to develop our service to best meet school needs, you’ll support the further development of this service by providing the benefit of your own experience, together with the feedback from prospective clients, to make the service we offer even more insightful and actionable for schools.
About your skills & experience
You will have experience in a school role, ideally with good awareness of pupil wellbeing and knowledge of the UK independent education sector.
You will enjoy the opportunity to identify and build new business opportunities, and the know how to find a compelling story about our new service.
As part of a small team you will be able to work independently but available to support the team and wider company initiatives.
You will seek continuous improvement, with a desire to innovate.
You understand the value of research and data and know how to use the insights to form action plans, monitor change and inform decisions in school.
You understand why the details matter and are meticulously organised across your ways of working.
You’ll be respectful, honest, a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.
