Marketing and Research Toolkit Telephone research

In-depth telephone interviews with current, prospective or non-joiner parents to understand their decision making process.  We will research what influenced their decision to choose, or not to choose, your school for their child.

You can choose from a bank of questions to create a carefully structured telephone interview, which could explore both parents’ general perceptions and their attitudes to specific areas you may wish to investigate, for example:

 

  • first impressions
  • admissions processes
  • visits and open days
  • stopping Saturday school
  • changing boarding options
  • restructuring the day and week
