Full Service (Executive Search and Selection)

The vast majority of the processes we are asked to take on are on a full-service basis.  A Senior Advisor, from our Philanthropy team, and a Lead Search Consultant work with you from beginning to end. This starts with visiting the school to understand the ethos, culture and requirements of the new appointment. Then, from preparing the candidate brief to planning the search strategy, from the search process and confidential conversations with candidates to pre-selection so you see only the best, from guidance on powerful interviewing techniques to administrative support, we are with you every step of the way.


Executive search

An alternative option is our executive search service.  One of our trained Search Consultants visits your school to gain a full understanding of its ethos and your requirements.  We then draw up a search strategy. From this, your Search Consultant will conduct a detailed and far-reaching candidate search and applications will be sent to you.


Personality Testing

A leader’s personality and ways of working are essential determinants of their success.  Our expertise in this area provides your appointments panel with insights that are greatly beneficial to the process.  One of our qualified consultants will administer a detailed questionnaire and discuss with you in what ways the report sheds light on how they work, how they manage themselves, how they deal with others and how they cope in challenging situations.
