Anthony Goddard

Anthony joined RSAcademics in 2015 as a Senior Advisor and has assisted many schools with the appointment of their Heads, Bursars and other senior leaders. Furthermore, he works closely with Caroline Wood as a Senior Strategy Consultant on business planning and transformation projects.

Anthony’s varied career has encompassed headship of Aysgarth School, the leading boys’ boarding prep school in North Yorkshire, strategy consulting with Accenture and multiple commercial and general management roles for ICI, the multinational chemical company in the UK and overseas. He has also been a Governor of three schools.

Anthony has exceptional strategic instincts along with powerful commercial experience which, when allied with his hugely successful career as a Headmaster, makes him invaluable as a Senior Advisor leading appointment processes and strategic reviews.
