Carina Saner
Senior Advisor
Carina is an experienced researcher and project manager with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the education sector. She has a broad range of research skills, both qualitative and quantitative, and is a trained focus group moderator.
She is experienced in conducting appraisals for senior leaders and Bursars in schools and draws on a breadth of leadership development experience.
In recent years, she has managed several high-profile projects for Teaching Leaders (now Ambition Institute), a charity aimed at developing leaders in challenging schools. As a research consultant, Carina designed and delivered projects for a range of educational organisations, including charities and further education colleges. In 2006, she helped start up the charity Future Leaders, coordinating the delivery of leadership programmes to develop senior leaders for schools in challenging circumstances. She started her career as an Analyst at Accenture, where she was heavily involved in human performance projects.
Carina has a first-class degree in Psychology from Durham University and achieved a Distinction in the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research. She is a BPS (British Psychological Society) Certified Test User for Occupational Ability Tests and Wave Styles Personality Tests. She is Chair of Governors at a primary school in South West London.
