Carla Bradshaw

Carla Bradshaw has worked for more than 10 years in the education sector and brings a wealth of experience to leadership appointment searches.  She is currently Chair of Governors at a federation of two primary schools.  In that role she has undertaken reviews of governance, Headteacher recruitment and has led significant school organisation and change management projects.  As a School Business Professional, Fellow of the Institute of School Business Leaders and School Resource Management Advisor for the Department for Education, she supports governing bodies on their vision and strategy for schools including Headteacher recruitment, provides expert advice to Governors/trustees and Headteachers on the efficient and effective use of resources to support the best educational outcomes and works on individual projects for both maintained schools and academy trusts.
