Caroline Stephens

Caroline joined the Candidate Search team at RSAcademics in 2015 with ten years’ experience of working within executive search, in the UK and overseas. She was Head of Research and Communications for a boutique HR recruitment agency in Sydney, Australia before she moved back to the UK in 2014.

RSAcademics recognised her powerful search skills which she has now brought to the education sector, working successfully on a wide range of educational remits.
