Isabel Patchett

Isabel has over 25 years’ experience in both the commercial and “third sectors”, including several children’s charities. She has also provided Executive Assistance to the Director of a major London hospital and subsequently been the administrator at a school in London. Isabel joined the search team at RSAcademics in 2020 and has secured outstanding fields for Headship appointments at schools in both the independent and the maintained sectors. In her spare time Isabel volunteers as a reader at a local primary school.

She has worked on a diverse range of leadership appointment projects for schools including Saint Felix School, Kings College London Maths School, Old Palace of John Whitgift School, Mill Hill School, Francis Holland School and the National Maths & Science College, always delivering an excellent and varied field of candidates.
