Louise Peddie
Head of Research
Louise has worked with RSAcademics since 2010, leading our quantitative and qualitative research services, including bespoke stakeholder and affordability surveys, in-depth telephone interviews and Pupil Voice subscription services. She has helped hundreds of schools to conduct research and gather evidence in support of strategic planning, changes to school structures, marketing and pupil recruitment activities and strengthening parent and staff satisfaction and engagement.
Louise has over 30 years of market research and insight experience in both private and public sector organisations. During her early career for Kent Police, Louise used analysis and research to better understand the views of the public and victims of crime and to maximise value from limited public sector resources. She then moved to the private sector to take on several Marketing Insight Manager roles for the multi-national corporation, Kimberly-Clark. In these roles, as both a research practitioner and buyer, Louise used research to inform strategic decision-making, understand consumer behaviour and develop brands, products and advertising.
Louise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Southampton and a Master’s degree in Social Research Methods from the University of Surrey.
