Mark has over 15 years’ experience in market research gained through a career working for large cross-sector research organisations such as Facts International, as well as boutique consultancies where he held Director-level positions. He has a background in the technical and operational aspects of market research including data collection, survey design and processing, analysis, reporting and programming. More recently, Mark has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of several large-scale customer feedback programmes for high-profile high-street banking, retail, insurance and utility clients, as well as the integration and development of new research technologies.
Mark joined RSAcademics in 2019 and now applies his expertise to our range of online surveys for parents, pupils, staff and alumni.
