Peter Lockhart

With over 20 years’ experience in financial services search and selection both in the UK and overseas, Peter joined the team at RSAcademics in 2017.  He started his career in accountancy practice for a financial restructuring specialist in London before moving to Sydney in 2001 where he developed an accountancy recruitment division for a leading financial services firm. He subsequently returned to the UK to establish his own recruitment and career advisory consultancy. In 2005 he completed an MSc in Career Counselling and Management, adding additional knowledge and skills which are invaluable to both individuals and organisations involved in the career-transition process.

Peter has worked on a number of search assignments for schools and Multi Academy Trusts including Pates Grammer School, King Edward VI Five Ways School, John Madejski Academy, Bloxham School and Gresham’s, sourcing fields for Heads, Bursars and Business Managers, Marketing, Admissions and Development Directors.
