Rachael Petrie has worked with RSAcademics since 2019 and during that time has worked on projects that include evidence-based fundraising and alumni relations strategy, major gifts strategy, development start-ups, quantitative and qualitative research, development appointments and mentoring and interim support. Her clients include: Alleyn’s School, Bloxham School, Bury Grammar Schools, Cokethorpe School, Dubai College, Harrow School, Loughborough Schools Foundation, Oakham School, Princethorpe College, Stonyhurst College, St Helen and St Katharine, St Mary’s Calne and many more.
Prior to joining RSAcademics, Rachael spent six years as Director of Development and, subsequently, two years as Director of Communications and Development (External Relations) at the Stamford Endowed Schools. Having run a wide range of successful fundraising and engagement campaigns for the three Stamford schools, she is a firm believer in the integration of marketing, communications and branding with development activities.
Before joining Stamford, Rachael spent 15 years in business development roles for Pilkington Plc, Texas Instruments Inc and SAP (UK) Ltd, and five years as a freelance consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pure and Applied Physics from the University of Manchester (UMIST) where she is an alumni volunteer.
