Financial literacy and robust commercial judgement will be essential, as will outstanding relationship-building and communication skills. He/she will be flexible, organised and resilient, with a collegiate and collaborative approach.
Candidates will have a genuine interest in and empathy for education but prior experience of working in a school is not a prerequisite.
The post is available from September 2020, but the actual start date is flexible for the successful candidate.
