Appointments Vacancies

Candidate information: our response to COVID-19

In these challenging times, we are continuing to support many appointments processes for schools in the UK and across the globe. Where face to face meetings are not possible, we are using video conferencing and other creative solutions to ensure that searches and selection processes can go ahead very successfully. We would like to thank our client schools and all candidates for their flexibility and willingness to work positively within these arrangements.

April 2020 – COVID-19 Statement

Dear clients, candidates and friends

We have nothing but admiration and respect for the staff in schools around the world who have chosen to innovate and pull together to continue educating their students, to stay strong and to keep calm.  We intend to do exactly the same to ensure we can continue to support our clients.  We are all set up for remote working and all data we hold remains secure.

Most leadership search work continues and some of our tailored consultancy, too. We are doing a considerable amount of work to help schools raise funds from donors, for example, and we are advising on parent communications and business planning.

In addition, we are providing schools with a number of free services which are designed to help them through the COVID-19 crisis.  We want to help schools get through this and come out the other side stronger than ever. Click here to find out more.

Our main priority, of course, is to ensure that our colleagues and our clients are safe so we are following government guidelines to reduce the spread of the virus.

We would like to thank our client schools, candidates and friends for their spirit of determination and their creativity.  We look forward to healthier times, to firm handshakes and warm greetings.  Until then, we intend to keep calm and carry on and we wish everyone well.

Yours sincerely

“The RSAcademics team took great trouble to understand the particular qualities of our School and were thus able to work effectively with Governors throughout the recruitment process.”
