Deputy Development Director – St George’s Weybridge

St George’s Weybridge is the UK’s largest RC independent school educating 1600 boys and girls from 3-18 years, on two large campuses and looks forward to celebrating its 150th Anniversary in 2019. The school is seeking an experienced fundraising professional to take up the role of Deputy Development Director in an established and highly successful development programme.

The Deputy Development Director will report to, and work closely with, the Director of Development. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the Development Office functions effectively and efficiently, support the delivery of fundraising targets, and help inculcate a culture of philanthropy in support of the School’s strategic goals to sustain its core values.

It is envisaged that the Deputy Development Director will manage a portfolio of major gift campaign prospects, as well as be responsible for oversight of the School’s regular giving activities and further developing a dynamic and effective legacy programme.
