The College is seeking a dynamic and innovative Deputy Head (Co-Curriculum and Outreach) to lead the co-curricular life of one of the UK’s leading boarding schools.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and be able to demonstrate a track record of making a difference and driving change through their leadership and will be keen for Headship within the next 5 years.
Founded in 1843, Marlborough College is the largest co-educational independent boarding school in the UK with around 1000 pupils, aged 13 to 18. The College is academically ambitious, committed to extending access, and offers a fast-paced, contemporary, challenging and enriching education within a warm, inclusive and spiritual environment.

The successful candidate will be appointed by, and report directly to, The Master, be a member of the College Management Team and play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the College as a whole.
