Director of Development – Gresham’s School

Gresham’s School is an historic, thriving and vibrant co-educational school for pupils aged two to eighteen. The School enjoys an enviable setting in the beautiful Georgian market town of Holt in North Norfolk and is surrounded by rolling countryside and a spectacular coastline.

Gresham’s benefits from some outstanding acts of past and current philanthropy and justifiably aspires to be one of the UK’s most dynamic fundraising schools.  The Development Office will be key to developing bursary fundraising and generating significant income to continue investing in buildings and facilities.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Director of Development to lead and manage all of the School’s fundraising and alumni relations activities. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of fundraising and a track record of working with high net worth individuals. Importantly, the successful candidate will be a strong leader, team player and strategic thinker.

This is a senior appointment and the post-holder will report to the Headmaster and be a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team.
