THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS HAS NOW PASSED.
A new Director of Development is sought to take development at LSF to the next level of success.
Salary: £60k-£70k depending on experience
Start date: Autumn 2019
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the fundraising and alumni relations activities for the Loughborough Schools Foundation (LSF) – a charitable foundation of four independent schools situated on two beautiful campuses, near the centre of Loughborough, that are home to over 2300 pupils and 600 staff.
This is an exciting time in the Schools’ history as they seek to develop an ambitious programme to fund life-changing pupil bursaries and substantial building projects. Planning and preparation have already begun and, for the new Director of Development, this is an opportunity to make a dynamic start, create and implement major campaigns and embed a long-term culture of philanthropic support.
The Foundation has a well-established Development Office with four full-time members of staff who will work under the Director of Development. The successful candidate will have expertise which includes major gifts, campaigns and team leadership, along with the experience and gravitas to build relationships and secure donations and support at all levels. S/he will report to the Head of Loughborough Grammar School and will be a member of the Chief Operating Officer’s Central Services Management Team.
