Dragon School has a distinguished history dating back to 1877, and this is an outstanding and rare opportunity to work in a key strategic leadership role at one of the country’s leading independent schools.
The Director of Marketing and Admissions is a new role within the School and is most likely suited to an experienced professional with a schools’ background in this important area. The Dragon is also willing to consider applicants from other commercial consumer marketing backgrounds. The successful candidate will embrace the future vision for the School and adopt a solution-driven approach to the application of marketing and admissions principles.
Reporting to the Headmaster, the postholder will be a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team, manage their own department and have responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of marketing and pupil recruitment strategies for all entry points to the School.
