Windsor Academy Trust is a centre of educational excellence, striving to achieve the highest quality education through the sharing of ideas and best practice amongst its member schools. The Trust is looking to appoint a Head of Marketing and Communications to support school growth and raise the profile of the innovative education initiatives taking place.
This is a new senior role within the Trust for a proven marketing and communications professional. The opportunity to embed marketing within this progressive organisation, working alongside a team of highly motivated and visionary educators, is an exciting one.
We are looking for an outstanding marketing specialist with a demonstrable track record of developing and implementing exciting and effective marketing and communications strategies. A self-starter employing a collaborative approach with persuasive communication skills are essential to the role. The successful candidate will show drive and have an empathy for the Trust’s vision and activities.
