Reflecting some of the challenges faced by the schools’ sector overall, demand for RSAcademics’ strategy, marketing and research services has never been higher. In response, we are seeking to grow our high calibre, client-facing team of consultants. We are looking for individuals with a strong track record in strategic planning, who can use research insights and business and/or sector knowledge to develop transformational solutions and help to shape the thinking and activities of schools in the UK and worldwide.
RSAcademics was set up in 2002 by Russell Speirs who remains the CEO. Since then, the company has grown steadily: we now work with over 250 different school clients in the UK and around the world each year and count over 80 employees and associates.
We have opportunities for individuals to join us on an employed basis and also as freelance consultants. We are looking to add to the existing skills, knowledge and experience of our current team and welcome applications from marketing professionals and strategic thinkers who can demonstrate how they will support the growth of our vibrant practice.
Successful candidates will be commercially astute, have a natural empathy for the schools’ sector, be able to inspire and build trust with clients and, above all, have an eye for detail coupled with a desire to provide an outstanding service.
You may have extensive experience working in the schools’ sector or may be from outside the sector but possess the right blend of transferable skills required by this exciting role.
