We have extensive experience in supporting individual schools and school groups through planning and announcing changes.  Our consultants bring broad change management and communications experience, as well as a deep understanding of schools.  This enables us to apply important principles to our approach, allied with a deep knowledge of the issues (which others may overlook or misunderstand) that are unique to announcing changes to a school community.

Over the years, we have helped many schools announce change to their communities – whether that be a move to co-education, a change in age range, a merger or sadly in some cases advised on closure communications.

Whilst no two projects are the same, we follow a process that has been refined and developed to ensure that we bring consistency and rigour to our work.
