Following the retirement of Denise Toms after a decade of highly successful leadership, the Governors are seeking an outstanding Head to lead Winterfold into an exciting new phase of development from September 2027. Alongside leading Winterfold’s cherished prep school, the next Head will launch a newly developed Year 9–11 programme — a fresh, focused curriculum built around GCSEs, performing arts, catering and other distinctive strands. Few appointments offer such genuine scope to shape something new while nurturing everything families already love.
