We are pleased to have supported the Girls’ School Association with the successful appointment of Jeanette Cochrane as their new Chief Executive.
A former state grammar school Head and currently a senior leader in a multi-academy trust, Jeanette brings a nuanced understanding of both independent and state schools to the role. She has led in schools across grammar, comprehensive and integrated settings in England and Northern Ireland and has experience of international education, including the International Baccalaureate.
Jeanette will start her post in 2026 and we would like to wish her, and the Association, every success with her new role.
