Andrea ensures that everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly, supporting our teams so that schools receive the very best experience. Since joining us in 2021, she has focused on strengthening our processes and compliance, helping to ensure that our operations are efficient, reliable and firmly aligned with best practice.  

Her career spans research, communications, property and the nonprofit sector, underpinned by a Master’s degree in International Conflict. This breadth of experience gives Andrea a unique ability to see the bigger picture while paying attention to the details that matter.  

Her analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement mean our team can concentrate on supporting schools, knowing that the systems supporting them are robust and client-focused.
