Head of Search

Angela is Head of Search at RSAcademics, leading the team responsible for candidate identification across senior leadership appointments. She brings a wealth of experience from both blue-chip organisations and professional services firms, giving her a sharp understanding of organisational culture and leadership fit.

Angela began her career at Boots, where she held senior roles in buying and product management before moving into marketing and practice development at a regional law firm. She joined RSAcademics in 2014 as a Candidate Search Consultant and quickly became known for her personal warmth and care as well as her ability to understand and respond to complex briefs and deliver strong, diverse candidate fields.

Angela heads up the Search team, ensuring consistent quality across every search and under her leadership the search team has built a reputation for securing outstanding fields for senior appointments. She ensures that every project benefits from a rigorous, creative and personal approach to candidate sourcing.

Angela is also Head of Prep and is recognised by prep heads and prep governors for having an unrivalled understanding of the challenges and opportunities which prep schools face. This prep specialism is of huge value to the prep sector and Angela’s network is second to none.
