Camilla Oulton

Camilla is a Search Consultant in the Candidate Search team at RSAcademics, bringing deep sector knowledge and a thoughtful, relationship-led approach to executive search. 

Since joining RSAcademics in 2019, she has supported a wide range of leadership appointments, drawing on 17 years’ experience working in the Admissions Departments at schools. Her roles at Hazlegrove Prep School and King’s Bruton (latterly leading the Admissions Department) gave her valuable insight into the priorities of families and the operational realities of independent schools. Camilla began her career as a PA at Bain & Company and Wasserstein Perella, developing the organisational and warm interpersonal skills that now underpin her success in search consultancy. 

At RSAcademics, Camilla is known for her ability to connect with candidates, understand their motivations and encourage them to explore new opportunities. She helps schools define their needs clearly and presents fields of candidates who align with their values and vision.  

Her aim is always to support schools in building strong leadership teams that inspire trust and deliver long-term impact.
