Head of Strategy, Marketing & Research
Caroline has been a highly-valued member of the RSAcademics team since 2015 when she joined as a Senior Consultant, and in September 2018 she took on the role of Head of Strategy, Marketing and Research. She brings to the role a wealth of strategic knowledge and specialist expertise in the marketing of independent schools.
During her time at RSAcademics, Caroline has worked closely with heads, governors and leadership teams on a vast number of complex projects, and schools value her practical contributions as well as her strategic vision to help them move forward.
Previously Director of Admissions and Marketing at Cheltenham College, Caroline spent seven years leading the Admissions and Marketing functions in the Senior and Prep schools of this major HMC school. Under Caroline’s guidance the roll grew by an impressive 20%, waiting lists were established, processes completely overhauled and a successful rebranding of both schools implemented.
Caroline’s extensive strategic marketing experience is cemented by her career at BP that spanned over 15 years. Based in both the UK and overseas, Caroline gained experience in a variety of posts encompassing strategic marketing, sales and customer service, finance, strategic & marketing planning, business analysis and development, project management and administration.
