Charlotte Faber

Charlotte is a Senior Advisor in the Appointments team at RSAcademics, supporting schools with the recruitment of Heads and senior leaders across the independent sector. 

Since joining RSAcademics, Charlotte has led a wide range of headship and deputy headship appointments for pre-prep, prep and all-through schools. Her insight and experience is matched by her commitment to first-rate leadership in schools.   

Charlotte was previously Headmistress of Garden House Girls’ School in London, a role that gives her first-hand understanding of the demands of school leadership and the qualities needed to succeed. She has held various Governor positions, most recently at Heathfield School, Ascot and also advises families navigating the UK independent school system. 

At RSAcademics, Charlotte combines her leadership experience with a rigorous, thoughtful approach to search and candidate assessment. She is known for her ability to listen carefully, guide boards with clarity and deliver candidate fields that reflect both quality and alignment with the school’s ethos.
