Charlotte Faber

Prior to joining RSAcademics as a Senior Advisor, Charlotte was Headmistress of the prestigious Garden House Girls’ School in London.

Now a trained headship appointment expert, Charlotte has worked on a variety of pre-prep, prep and all-through headship appointments, and she has a particular understanding of the dynamic of running a proprietorial school. She has worked on the headships and deputy headships of, amongst others, Cranleigh Prep, Packwood Haugh, Bishops Stortford College, Handcross Park, Kew House and Withington Girls’.

Charlotte is a Governor at Heathfield School, Ascot, a girl’s 11-18 boarding and also works as an Educational Consultant, helping parents navigate the UK independent school system.
