Head of Insight and Client Services
Heather joined RSAcademics in 2014 as Head of Strategy, Marketing & Research, and in September 2018 she was appointed to the newly created position of Head of Insight and Client Services.
Heather is highly regarded by the senior leaders, governors and marketers with whom she works. She has extensive experience leading projects for both independent schools and state schools and has a thorough understanding of the ways in which schools and their boards operate. Heather has orchestrated numerous large-scale projects, including: strategic reviews; qualitative and quantitative research studies, rebranding programmes; development and fundraising reviews and change management initiatives.
Heather leads the company’s thought leadership research and is the Editor of our groundbreaking Ten Trends reports.
In addition to Heather’s school experience, she has over 15 years of higher education management experience, as a Faculty Manager and then Director of Marketing & Communications at the University of Surrey. Originally graduating with a degree in law and German, Heather chose to pursue a career in education management and went on to study for a Masters in Business Administration, graduating from Henley Management College in 2000. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Chartered Management Institute and the Market Research Society.
