Helen Flower

Helen is a Search Consultant in the Candidate Search team at RSAcademics, supporting schools in appointing senior leaders who align with their values and ambitions. 

Since joining RSAcademics in 2016, Helen has worked on a wide range of executive search projects for independent schools and multi-academy trusts.  She is known for delivering diverse and high-quality candidate fields, tailored to each client’s brief. 

Helen began her career in international trade finance at a French bank in Luxembourg before moving into the oil industry in London. A linguist by training, she brings strong analytical and communication skills to her work. 

Talent-spotted by RSAcademics, Helen retrained in executive search and now combines her commercial background with a deep understanding of leadership recruitment in education. She builds trusted relationships with candidates and helps schools define their needs with clarity and care, ensuring each appointment process is rigorous, inclusive and impactful.
