Helen Flower

Helen joined RSAcademics in October 2016 with a wealth of experience gained in trade, commerce and consultancy roles. As a linguist, she started her career in a French trade finance bank in Luxembourg before returning to London to join the oil industry.

Helen was talent-spotted by RSAcademics and retrained in executive search in education. She has worked on a diverse range of leadership appointment projects for schools and multi-academy trusts including Leicester Grammar School Trust, The Stephen Perse Foundation, King’s Taunton, Truro School, The Future Academies Trust and the Windsor Academies Trust, always delivering an excellent and varied field of candidates.
