She brings over 25 years’ experience from both the commercial and third sectors, including roles in children’s charities and education. Her background includes executive support at a major London hospital and school administration, giving her a strong understanding of organisational dynamics and leadership needs. 

Since joining RSAcademics in 2020, Isabel has worked on a wide range of senior leadership searches across both the independent and maintained sectors. She consistently delivers diverse and high-quality candidate fields, shaped by her ability to listen closely to clients and understand the unique context of each role but also her ability to relate to candidates.
