Jenny Lakin

Jenny is a Senior Research Consultant in the Consultancy Services team at RSAcademics, specialising in stakeholder research and evidence-based insight. She works closely with school leaders to design and deliver research programmes that help them understand their communities in depth and make decisions grounded in robust data.

With more than 20 years’ experience in market research, Jenny brings strong expertise across both qualitative and quantitative methods. Her work spans online surveys, indepth interviews, discussion groups, userexperience testing and mystery shopping. Schools value her ability not only to gather highquality data, but also to interpret it with care and clarity, drawing out the patterns that matter and presenting them in a way that is both accessible and thoughtprovoking.

Since joining RSAcademics in 2022, Jenny has led a wide range of projects with schools of different sizes and contexts. She takes time to understand each school’s particular situation, culture and challenges. This deep understanding, combined with her specialist interpretation of data helps leaders explore what their communities are really telling them.
