She supports our CEO, Heather, directly and her work behind the scenes means our consultants can focus entirely on helping schools thrive.

With over a decade as PA in international travel and extensive experience in education – supporting senior leaders in multi-academy trusts and a large secondary school – Josie brings calm professionalism and adaptability to every challenge. Her understanding of both commercial and education contexts makes her an invaluable anchor for our team and a key contributor to the efficiency and reliability our clients depend on.
