Louisa Barham

Louisa is a Search Consultant working within the Appointments Team at RSAcademics. Louisa came to work with us from a career outside the education sector which gave her a proven track record in understanding a complex brief and building relationships.  

At RSAcademics, Louisa has worked on a variety of searches, specialising in searches for governors and for prep school heads. She has an instinctive ability to find the right people for every role and then persuade them to apply, using that carefully honed ability to build relationships and trust. Louisa listens carefully to the client and then unfailingly produces an exciting field of talented candidates for every role, allowing the client to choose the very best person from a first-rate field.
