Miranda Landale

Miranda is a Search Consultant in the Appointments Team at RSAcademics. She brings a broad professional background from both the commercial and international sectors, having worked in small businesses in London and Singapore before moving into education and careers development. Her experience gives her a strong understanding of organisational culture and the qualities needed for successful leadership. 

At RSAcademics, Miranda works closely with schools to deliver high-quality candidate fields for senior appointments. She listens carefully to each client’s brief and context, using her insight and relationship-building skills to identify and engage talented individuals who align with the school’s values and vision. Her approach always delivers a strong and diverse field. 

Miranda is a qualified careers development coach and has worked with teenagers, young adults and women returning to the workforce. She volunteers as a careers mentor for Dyslexia Scotland and is a member of Children’s Hearings Scotland, supporting vulnerable children and young people.  

Miranda’s ability to connect with people and understand what makes a great leader allows her to gather powerful and exciting fields for every client.
