Rena plays a key role in ensuring our finances are accurate, reliable, and well-managed. Since joining in 2019, she has brought precision and consistency to our fiscal operations, helping the organisation run smoothly and efficiently. 

With 15 years of experience in finance roles across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, Rena has worked in a wide range of organisations – from the NHS and government departments to aerospace firms and community hospices. This breadth of experience gives her exceptional insight into financial management and reporting which she applies thoughtfully to support colleagues and clients alike.
