Sarah is Head of Senior School Search at RSAcademics, leading the team responsible for sourcing candidates for senior leadership roles in secondary education. She brings a rich blend of educational and commercial experience, enabling her to understand the leadership needs of schools and deliver strong, context-aware candidate fields. 

Sarah has worked across all age groups from Nursery to Year 13, including roles at Latymer Upper and Prep School, Newland House School, and as Head of Godolphin & Latymer Redcliffe Gardens School. Her PGCE is in secondary Mathematics, and she combines classroom insight with leadership experience to inform her search work. 

Before entering education, Sarah qualified as a chartered accountant and held roles at PwC and IBM, later working in Business Development at the National Physical Laboratory. This commercial background gives her a strategic perspective on leadership and organisational culture. She also volunteers as a STEM ambassador and with the Young Enterprise Scheme, supporting young people’s development beyond the classroom. 

Sarah is passionate about powerful school leadership and is known for her creative, thoughtful approach to identifying exceptional talent. She leaves no stone unturned in finding the right candidates for every role. Her aim is always to help schools appoint leaders who inspire trust, drive improvement and shape a strong future.
