Sarah Glencross

Sarah leads our Senior Schools Search practice. Sarah has 15 years of working in education across all age groups from Nursery to Year 13. Her PGCE is in secondary Maths and she has worked at Latymer Upper and Prep School, Newland House School and was Head at Godolphin & Latymer Redcliffe Gardens School.

Sarah is also a chartered accountant, having started her career at PwC before moving to IBM and latterly working in Business Development at the National Physical Laboratory.
In addition, Sarah is a Governor at Westbrook Hay School in Hemel Hempstead and she volunteers as both a STEM ambassador and for the Young Enterprise Scheme.

Sarah has a deep interest in, and commitment to, what it takes to be a great leader and this is reflected in her creative approach to searching out exceptional talent for educational leadership.
