Sarah Kerr-Dineen

Senior Advisor

Sarah is a Senior Advisor in the Appointments team at RSAcademics, supporting schools with the recruitment of Heads and senior leaders. She brings a wealth of experience in education, having led schools through significant change and development with a strong focus on excellence in every aspect of school life.  

Sarah’s work at RSAcademics draws on her deep understanding of school leadership and governance. Her skills enable her to help boards define their strategic priorities and assess leadership potential with both insight and rigour. 

Sarah’s career includes headships at Forest School, London and then at Oundle, where she served for ten years. Her earlier roles included Director of Studies at St Edward’s, Oxford and Deputy Head of English at Oxford High School. She has governed both state and independent schools and was the inaugural Chair of the HMC Pastoral and Safeguarding Committee.  

Sarah’s aim is always to help schools identify leaders who will quickly win confidence and inspire trust, strengthen culture and shape a thriving future.
