Places for each event are limited and we reserve the right to close bookings if an event becomes full. 

An invoice will be issued to the invoice contact you have provided. Payment terms are 14 days or before the webinar – whichever is sooner. 

Cancellation must be made in writing to amycostello@rsacademics.com. Refunds will be given for cancellations made up to 5 working days before the date of the webinar. If a booking is cancelled after this date, or if the delegate fails to attend for any reason, there will be no refund.  

The name of the delegate booked to attend the webinar can be changed no later than 3 working days before the event by emailing amycostello@rsacademics.com. Joining instructions will be provided 2 days before each webinar 

RSAcademics will only cancel a webinar in exceptional circumstances. If this should occur, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
