Gill is an insight specialist with a long career as both a qualitative and quantitative research practitioner and buyer. She has extensive experience of using market research to aid strategic decision making, understand customer behaviour and develop brands, products and advertising.
Gill has held senior positions in a range of organisations from small consultancies to global entities in the retail, flavours and fragrance industries. Most recently she set up a Customer Insight and New Product Development department for a major UK fresh produce organisation, a key supplier to Tesco and Morrisons.
Gill is a Vice Chair of Governors at her local primary school and comes from a family of teachers and school leaders. These influences have inspired her passion for supporting the education and development of young people. Gill joined RSAcademics in 2019 to bring her expertise to SchoolPulse, our online attitude and perception survey tool.
